Weather should be great for this one. Mid 70's. The course will play tough as usual, this is a tournament you will want to make. Should be a great time.

Got the course marked last night. There will be Junior Tee box's on alot of holes. There will be a small prize for the best costume provided both rounds are played in it. This course is worth coming down for definatly.

Thanks Ronruh. I was a "monster off the tee" that is for sure.

Seriously! 12 PEOPLE, are you kidding me? WTF! We have 12 people in Winfield who didn't show up. Jerry and Jake did a great job of getting the course ready and you cannot come out and support your own "club". WEAKSAUCE!

All 12 of you that played, look me up at Round-Up and you have more then 1 cold one coming your way. It was a less then perfect day to do anything besides play disc golf. Are you kidding me, second to last day in October and I was wearing shorts and a tee shirt? We even had a player with no shirt today, Crazy!!!!!!!

Thanks to all 12 of you who played.

Next year I will run this event. I will make sure that it is PIMPED to the max. With the help of the WVDGA, this event will be exactly what it should be. A killer event, on a killer course, on a killer weekend.

If there are not 50 players at the "Thriller in the Grove" next year, the first round of beers are on me. I will not sit back and watch this event or another event in the valley fail.

If you have Valley ties and you didn't play, way to represent!

Sorry that I could not come up and play. I always try to make Winfield events.
This weekend was a busy one for us with Arkalalaha and bow season. Plus this was my 1st day off in 20 days. Sorry again I will try harder to show next time.
BOOMER SOONER!!

This I know. I was shocked that you didn't show-up. You are correct, this probably wasn't the best weekend to schedule the event, with all the things that were going on in Ark City.

Next year, you will not want to miss it. Mark my words. Even if you show up just to play the late nite round.
