The Disc I was trying out was called the G Force. I was told by Mike Wagner, that it is a Pulse top, with a Force bottom..it was sweet! Very stable.

Ok, why can't the powers that be at Discraft use their heads and make the Drone in ESP instead of FLX?????????????????

I thought FLX was ESP. It says so right on the discs?!

I guess plain ESP but what's the difference.

FLX is ESP ! It`s just more flexible than the straight ESP . I`m guessing that the plastic mix in FLX allows some of the weight /size issues to be bent.I know that the reason Drones stayed in D plastic only for so long was because of weight /size problems. The stiffer ( read more dense ) plastics need "fillers " or "lighteners" depending on the amount of plastic actually used to make the disc . To much of either makes more expensive crappy discs. By the way , this is the reason for milky , or opalescent colors in some of the Z discs ( instead of clear ) .Remember the first run "milky" Z - Buzzes / Crushes / Talons / Flicks ? That is because of fillers or stretchers !
Besides , FLX Rules!

What is with the colors on the discraft discs?

The new forces are half pink and half red. I've seen a lot of Z plastic discs that look part orange, part pink, part red. Why don't they more colors and better colors? I guess most of them are ok, but it'd be nice if they made red discs and not off-red.

Is The Force as good as they say it is?

The answer is YES.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

It sounds like they are using liquid color, and running it very light. Some of the color vs stability issues would be more related to granulated color.......which does seem to make sense, because I've never heard of stability issues color vs. color in Z plastic......
