There really isn't any reason that we couldn't just change the start time to 1:30 in the future, is there?

Until we can find hole 8 pin placement we will just play 8 tee pad to 4 basket it work really well today. That way no one needs to bring out a basket.

No handicap league next week.

Sounds like I missed out on a good time today. I do like the 8 tee to 4 basket.... That could be fun with 4 in the alternate...

Re: Winfield Handicap league/ Question about Cherry St.

Post by bluestreak »

Another beginner question. Have just started playing and have kind of got the idea of the general course layout at Cherry St., but have been wondering what par for the holes/course is. So far, just kind of taking things easy and throwing 9 holes at a time.

I know this probably wasn't actually the place for this question, but it seemed to be where the latest posts were.

Hole #8 pin location (at the grove)has been "unearthed " if someone wants to place a basket there ? I think someone said the basket at tee pad 16 was an extra .

8 is back in the ground. That sucker is pretty short. Is the Orange paint part of an organized search plan?

I also found the sleeve for 12 while I was out there. It was less then 2 feet from the hole the basket was in.
