Tubs or baskets? I don't want to waste my time if we are going to be throwing into the tubs. LAME-O!!!!

Yes, it is a private winter course just outside of Winfield.
At least its only a short drive for you. I will dissapointed after driving down and realizing that tubs are whats being played.

If they are playing the tubs, we will make our own group and play the baskets.

The course is a must play in my book....there isn't anything like it around these parts, as for the bucket aspect, it's a strange twist on the game that Dave likes to incorperate once and a while. Not my favorite thing to throw at but the uniqueness of the course and the over all atmosphere is unbeatable! That being said, we will probably not be playing the tub's (I hope) but like Smitty said the baskets are there just in case.

Played red down and blue back.

Rich and ring -13
Pee wee and me -8
Harv and scooba-7???

Also played a new format kinda. If first putter on team makes the bird them there was the option for your partner to go for the tub from that lie for an extra stroke off.

Went out yesterday and played the Blue course shot -8 playing my first shot.

Had a 5 on the "cliff hole" coming back. Spit putt over the cliff, face mask back over the cliff, spit putt and stayed on the top.

There are a few shots out there where it might be beneficial to re-play the previous lie with a stroke penalty.

Maybe? I felt like I would get a 4 at worst on my putt from below. 2 Bad breaks cost me.

I don't know about using the optional re-throw? You better have missed an absolute gimmie and got a bad break. The throw + a stroke, then rethrow the same shot. I don't think I would want to be laying 2 throwing 3 from many tees out there.

The 2 baskets that are on the ledges are about the only place I might use one, and only if I was putting from very close range.
