More Doo Dah Stuff
Oh yeah! I forgot, McCabe & Leo have promised to show up with a bunch of their friends (This has been an equal time posting).
Who else have I forgot.
Hmmmm! Maybe Smitty and some of his friends or Brandon and some of his friends.
As far as "DUH's" bragging about the Wichita players. Watch out for the "curse" -- "may you all play such that even Bob can beat you!"
Also, it is Kristin Cherry from Columbia that has pre-registered.
All kidding aside, the "guys" have been working hard to make this a great tournament.
The sponsorships are looking good; the course improvements are coming together and the 1st place trophies for each division have been ordered.
I hope to see you "regulars" and many "new" participants here for a great tournament.

Registration location
Had an interesting question in my e-mail today.
To make certain that there is no confusion:
Just make certain that you show up at Herman Hill Park on Saturday morning 5/14 before the 9:30am registration cut-off no matter which pool you will be playing in.
All Registrations on 5/13 and 5/14 will occur at Herman Hill Park.
In addition, the 5/14 initial players meeting will be at Herman Hill Park.
Flight A will then drive to Oak Park for rest of the day.

So I have to meet at Herman Hill, warm-up to play, have a meeting, then drive to play Oak on holes that I didn't warm-up on.
Why is it so important to meet at HH? Couldn't someone conduct a players meeting at both parks the morning of the event? I know this is what the did at they Oklahoma Open last year.

Meeting at Herman Hill
Always the complaints
(& insults
):
Several of us on the committee/board have been to tournaments run both ways.
We didn't feel it was that far to drive and it helps lower the number of experienced volunteers we have to have. Nobody here even thought or mentioned that there would be any problem with running it this way and we have a good committee running this thing, not just me.
Right now, we simply don't have the resources to run it any other way.
We'll see how it works this year and, if its too much of a headache and we can get the experienced volunteers, we'll try it the other way next year.

talkin smack
Smitty and Leo, if you look on the standings, you can see that I have played in PDGA events. It's no different than any of the other tournments besides the fact that most of us play sober for PDGA events. I play to have fun, but I might be playin for something else at the Doo-Dah. You guys shouldn't be some of the sh*t that's on here. Are you trying to start trouble. JEff was right when he called Leo out. We'll see ya at the showdown. & we'll send you home in tears with your di*ks between your legs.
Re: talkin smack
