If Anthon is now -32 or -33 with one hole to go, he has got to be on to a course record here. He started the day 10 strokes back on the 4th card. Could be an -18 under round?

It's official. Anthon's 51 or 17 under is a course record. Roller went OB on hole 18 or it would have been 18 under! Nikko tied with Anthon at -33 with 3 holes to play.

What is the rating going to be on this round?! :!:

Guess it's not official. I didn't catch the 3 shots it took Anthon to get on on hole 17. A -15 53. Still a course record.

$15000 has got to be the most any player has won in a single event.

Anthon's 53 was 13 below 1000 rated golf, but unofficially "just" a 1085.

Should be rated 1100 out of principle.

Pretty incredible! At the least! I would have loved to have seen the entire round in either group. Nikko also got the Memorial. What does this do to the N.T. points race? How did Avery fare?

I asked on the PDGA forum, and according to Chuck, Nikko came back to win the NT points race and was awarded a $2000 check right before he was awarded his check for winning US championships! ( Avery could have won if he had about 3 strokes better this weekend.)
