I can confirm that 28 inches...
Walked through the course that day. Snow drifts were up to my chest in most places. Back nine wasn't so deep, snow only came up to the bottom of the baskets back there. After everything thawed, damage was very minimal, a few dead limbs fell. More limbs fell during the week of high winds, starting about 10 days after that storm. All in all, the course still looks good.

Wow. The only time I have ever seen chest deep snow was skiing in Utah.
