Another great weekend in Beloit. It is the most fun event of the year, not because of the golf. I have a blast just hanging out with all my old buddies and making some new friends every year. We need to add another chapter to the book of stories, including bottle rockets to the head, beer frisbee, family reunions, and many other crazy things that went down this year.

Thanks again to Adam and the Moser crew. They were working the entire weekend. While we were eating swimming and having fun, they were moving baskets digging holes and collecting water jugs. The event would not have been nearly as good without their help, even if I did have to fire Jon Moser form cooking duties.

The first time I won the trophie was great. I couldn't belive that I had won the dang thing, I looked at it all the way home. The second time I won it, it just got tossed in the back of the car then took up space in a corner of the basement. This year was the best win of the three of them. We had a great Open field with some of the best up and coming golfers in Kansas and Oklahoma, we had one of the Legends of the KDGA in the field, four previous winners including myself were in the tourney. I was just lucky enough to play some killer golf the first round of day two, then solid golf the final round to hold on for the win.

It was for sure a great year in Beloit and I look forward to many more.

I'd be sawing logs right now if I wasn't working. 4 rounds in that heat + partying all night = I'm tired.

I'll echos the sentiments expressed. A great time. Hats off to everybody for finishing all 4 rounds. And what a fun course.

What can I add to the chapter. Played some glow golf for loser gets locked in the dog cage. Maybe we'll see a pic of that. Played a succussful round of Bocci without any safety issues. Peter killed us +5, to -1, -1, & -3. Oh, yeah 3am missile attack!

Lost my wallet in Beloit, let me know if anyone has seen it.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

Hey, don't knock naps. Naps are the only truly free luxury that a person can enjoy. On that note, never try to call me between 1:00 and 3:00 :D

Dont feel bad I left my shoes up there on the west end of the park and I know that Jared "PeeWee" Weins left his chair up there.

Hopefully someone finds and returns all of this stuff.

I have PeeWee's chair. Smitty was going to bring it back to him but it got left in my van.

Adam has some lost and found items so you might contact me.
