All,
I would like to say hello to all of you. I am new to disc golf (started last summer) and don't know a lot of disc golfers. I would like to play in league and get lots of practice. I love the sport and want to improve my game. I have meet a few of you around Wichita and some of you have been helpful with my game. I'm not familiar with the places on the computer to find tourneys or helpful sites, so any information would be greatly appreciated. I did play in one or two tourneys last year, but I'm not sure what organizations I actually joined. I play in all weather so if anyone is wanting a new guy to tag along when you are playing, please get in touch with me.

Welcome to the ICT scene

I have found a ton of usefull info at discgolfreview.com, sometimes I find myself going there and spending way to much time there. That site has a very active forum.

There is the Ice Bowl this weekend and I would encourage you to attend if possible.

League here in wichita is allways alot of fun and I have learned so much during 07 from just watching and asking people questions.

This may be a dumb question, but what is the ICT scene?

I dont know what ICT actually stands for but i do know that it is the call letters for our local airport. Maybe someone else knows the answer to that.

Las Vegas=LAS
Las Angeles=LAX

Thats the ones that I know of hand. basically thats what we call the wichita scene...ICT

By the way the only "dumb" question is the one you dont ask. So ask away...anything you feel like getting an answer for.

I would but I dont get of until 5 and dont have my discs with me. plus I am supposed to play the boss in a game of racquetball tonight. I am betting him a day of vacation that i can beat him
