Ace Fund
Ace fund grew to $695 tonight.
Josh Luinstra hit an ace on hole 11 long with his ace race prototype "Impact" disc.
Josh just joined the ACDGC on Tuesday. Great timing!
My records show this to be worth $347.50. Official record should be close.
Congrats Josh. That was one sweet shot.

the hat trick of three consecutive LEAGUE NIGHT aces became all too real Tuesday 6/17/2008 when Andy Horning hit his 2nd ace on hole 2 at herman hill during a singles/red tees league event to make it 3 league nights, 3 aces.
Feeling left behind by Bo(Derby#4$358) and Mike(oak#4$192), Andy floated a mellow hizer(discraft force) through the baracade of trees guarding the basket to take what was left of a respectable ace fund. Though the trees can be mean on this hole, they helped the disc go in the basket perhaps because they felt Horning had some good karma coming toward him after losing $60 playing heads or tails at the pizza party on Anthony Lake. Andy took his $103 ace money and took crispin, luinstra, bo, don and otis to the Anchor for a round of drinks. Otis got a round of shots for the occasion as well. Horning's good luck followed him to the bar. next to our table was two ladies enjoying 1 or 8 glasses of wine and within minutes Andy had sloppy-kissed both of them in celebration of the sweet shot.(anyone who knows the Andy or Russ knows this was a classic Horning move) Cheers!
