I don't think that we will be able to do any kind of match play. This is just an add on to the tourney. We cannot change the format.

We are playing for 3 things here.
1) The KDGA finals in our home town.
2) Bragging rights.
3) A little extra $$$.

I don't really care either way. I do see your point on calculating points based on finish.

I have had several PM's about this event.

It is seperate from the tourney.

All Open players will be compared to each other.
All Am players will be compared to each ohter.
Jr. and Women will be compared to each other.

It may be easier to just base points on finish. The top finisher gets 1 point, the second place finisher gets 2 points. Then the lowest # of team points is the winner.

If 2 people tie for the 2nd best finish, both teams would get 2 points.

In the case of an overall tie, the top finisher of the non-counters (your 3rd Open or 3rd AM, which ever was had the lower score) wins.

It should be pretty EZ to figure team scores this way.

When did this get decided??? My prediction..........finals next year will be in wichita, winfield, salina or e-town and maybe wellington if the lizard recruits puttslut.......

It just seems a little unfair thats all richard head.
So what if one of these so called "sell-out" teams wins where do we have the final then???
If whatever team Im on wins(If I even get on a team) Im gonna request the finals be in Goodland!!!
