They were going to put baskets in at the trails in Lemon Park. You would have to cross the bridge to play them. I think that the main park is way to busy.

I know some of the Pratt people, and they would kill someone with a disc.

I have also heard tell that the city might be interested in another golf park straight south of the new Wal-Mart, east of the new Green Sports Complex, if okayed by city council. It is all open, from what I hear, and would probably just be a 9-hole with open, long shots. I don't know though, I believe it was just food-for-thought at this point from the head of the parks department. City says Lemon Park is out because of the walkers/runners who use the park but Sixth Street may be designable. That's kind of a cool park too, could have long open shots and also some with technical difficulty. Guess we will have to wait and see. I just thought I would fill ya'll in. Sixth street park would be a nice place for another course. The club should get together sometime and throw some discs out there and see how it feels.

The big over the top shot is still here and permanent. It was alt'd on the last tournament by the guy who never even plays here any more.

No one killed Kenny, he just doesn't play. He's still a member, but I'll be our TD-newb this year.

BTW, the water here does suck. And yep - we got 10 new baskets. Long reign the over-the-top-shot!!!

If we can keep people from dinking with the layout, we have a pretty cool course.

We've got ice bowl 2006 and KDGA 2006 dates ironed out, I'll post things soon.
