2010 Ace Race

We are on the ace race schedule for Sat, October 16.

Will post more when details are set. All I know for sure right now is the ace race starts at 4pm.

Been working on this.

We will have a BBQ and glow doubles folowing the ace race. Will also have a keg for the whole day. I will post cost of everything and more details when everything gets worked out.

Ace race tee off will be at 4pm. Cost is $25.
Following the ace race we will be having chilli dinner for $5.
There will also be $5 glow doubles with 100% payout. No club fees.

Phil is going to be purchasing a keg. I am not sure what type of beer he will be getting, but he has never failed us. The keg will be free to all praticiapents.

So far I have almost 30 people on the list for the ace race. Should be a good time.

Went over well for the Lakewood tournament. Hopefully we can get this one to last longer... might have to buy two!

We are going to have a friendly round of superclass golf before the ace race. We will tee off at 2pm. Will play for a couple dollars and decide format when we get there. Mace has some superclass disc if you want to play, but don't have a disc the size of a trashcan lid.

I wish we could get an IPA but too many people complain and then I get blamed. Remember last year's Ace Race we got Sierra Nevada and some people wouldn't drink it. At least we aren't getting Bud Light, right?

By the way, Boulevard Pale Ale isn't available in a full size keg. I'm not sure about the IPA.

Richard H. was the winner of the ace race. He had 1 ace and 3 metals, I think.

Doubles had 26 people.
