For those interested in helping serve the ACDGC on the 2010 board, your candidate bio sheet is needed by January 2nd. This is when proxy ballots are to be sent out. These bio sheets are needed to form the slate which will comprise the proxy ballot. The proxy ballot count added to those who vote at the annual meeting will be added to determine if a quorum of 20% of the membership (88) exists for a binding election vote.

So in short, please send me a bio sheet as soon as possible. If you need a copy, if you might be interested, or if you have any questions, please contact me. 316-612-7896.

League will be at 10am at Herman Hill on Saturday, January 9th. Following at 1pm in the WATER Center will be the annual meeting. Fried chicken lunch likely provided by the ACDGC. Following will be 2009 year in review, approval of the 2009 board actions, and election of the 2010 board. Members: please show your support with your attendance.

Absentee Proxy Ballots have been emailed to ACDGC members. Please get these back to me by Friday. Thanks.

Man, it's going to be cold again tomorrow! Below zero without the wind. I'm not sure if anyone will show up for league at 10am. I know I'll be working until Noon myself.

Either way, we'll have the annual meeting at 1pm. We'll probably have the food by 12:30, so show up early.

On behalf of the club (and the board), I'd like to thank everyone who attended the annual meeting or voted for the election. 13 qualified votes received at the meeting in addition to 7 proxy votes sent prior gave us more than the 18 we needed for a 20% quorum. Here is your 2010 board of directors.
