Don't know if I know this guy or not?
What I do have to say is that he must be one of the most honest disc golfers on the planet.
This is what he sent me in an e-mail.
Smitty,
Hello, my name is Damian Anderson. I found a Flash Esp today at Oak in the recessed waters on 15 that is yours. I really like it and would like to offer you $10 for it. If not I understand and I would like to return it to you. I know how it goes as I lost 4 discs in 2 days due to high water. Please call me or text at $%#-*&^-(*^$. I figured the number on it was your PDSA membership number as it is unlikely someone has almost 20,000 discs (HA, HA!), and that is how I found you. Please call me to claim.
Best Regards,
Damian
If he isn't a member of your club, you guys need to find him. All clubs could use a few more good people.

The casual golfers at Oak probably outnumber the clubmembers 10 to 1. I've been constantly updating all kinds of info on the bulletins in attempt to reach them. Not much success with this. Seems like most aren't interested in any kind of organized competition whatsoever. So many fall into that "chuck your beer bottles into the woods" stereotype. I think a lot of the bigger cities around the country struggle with this. It always comes down to the positive motivation outweighing and outlasting. Stuff like the membership drive tourney is also supposed to reach out to locals. There has got to be some other ideas that would be successful as well.

First time I read it, I thought he wanted me to give him a $10 spot. If it would have been the Pred I tossed in at Hays it would have been worth every penny of it.
Then when I noticed he wanted to give me $10. I nearly choked on my lunch and instantly sent a text to the # he gave me and told him to keep it.
Don't know about SNG, but Super Honest Guy.
