Board Meeting

Sounds probable that we'll have a club meeting after league this Saturday, 11/10/07. We haven't had one in a long time, so there will be some important discussion. All members are encouraged to attend.

I think more members would atttend if we had more than a six hour notice. It's almost like we are not actually "encouraged."

I hear ya. Didn't know until today though. Everyone has different schedules so it can be difficult to schedule them in advance.

We have a board meeting scheduled for this coming Thursday at 7:00pm. Either at Bob's Office or Bill's house. I'll just say Bill's house and try to post back if it is different. All members encouraged to attend. Give me or Bill a call for directions if you need them.
I have no internet right now. My phone is not hooked up either. If you need to contact me, call my wife's cell. 250-1967.
This meeting is the last we will have before our Annual meeting where we will have the election of officers. We have several positions that may be open, so we need to figure out who will be running for what now. If you are interested in helping on the board in 2009, please come to the meeting this Thursday.

Bill is having a really busy week. Plan now is to postpone the meeting until Tuesday, Dec. 9th. Still planning for 7:00pm at Bill's house.
Main items for discussion will be upcoming elections- who will serve on the board, and the upcoming Ice Bowl event. Please attend.
Still borrowing internet. Please call me with anything. 250-1967.

Huge turnout at league today. It was just me and Scott. 10 showed up for the meeting though, which included some new faces.

Meeting scheduled for Tuesday after next, on May 5th. After league at Herman Hill for those who wish to attend. I'll post back if the date changes.
