Mike ran event
Oak Park
Original 9 holes
Blue then Red Tees
4 Players
Calm winds
I think everyone was down at the canyon today. Instead of doubles, we played handicap singles. Afterwards, we picked up trash. We didn't have a lot of time, so the course could probably use another go around. It just takes a little time for a few people and things will be looking a lot better.
Randy -4-3=-7
Marcus +3-7=-4
Miranda +12-13=-1
Mike +1-2=-1

I picked up holes 1-5 last week before the match play event , I went through the woods as well, so there couldnt have been that much trash out there.Schoen-hopper wrote:I think everyone was down at the canyon today. I have an appointment tomorrow, but not sure when. I may not be able to run league. Contact me if you want to run it.
By the way, starting in January or February, I'll most likely be working most Saturdays. I need to get people into running league soon. It's not hard, but it takes a commitment and there is some basic stuff we stick to. With more people helping, it could be easier for everyone.

Mike ran event
Herman Hill Park
Short Tees
Short Pins
10 Players
Lt. Winds
"Conservative" California format
(ams used 2/3 of handicap)
Open (5)
Chad: 45
Jeff: 46
Handicap Div. (5)
Don: 53-9=44
Andy: 53-9=44
(nice shooting guys)
The "governator" format was pretty fun. Had to think twice about using the mulligan, espescially on the drive. On an easy course, I actually preferred this to regular Cali.
Chad owes us an Arnold impersonation.
