Yep, short to short. Wide open now, thanks to the Parks Dept. He told me it wouldn't have mattered any way because he had to go wide with that strong NW wind. Flicked it!

I'm still worn out from this weekend. But the weather is going to be beautiful tomorrow.

If you missed league tonight, you missed out! Team Smash Dinosaurs showed up in their RV on the way to Pawhuska. That would be Paul McBeth (1019), Derek Billings (1013) & Paul Ulibarri (1008).

29 Players
Mike ran event
HH Park
Short Tees
Long Pins

Open (16)
Paul McBeth: -8 (config. record!)
Crispin Carrasco: -8 (config record!)
Paul Ulibarri: -6
Derek Billings: -4
Jeff Ring: -4

Handicap (13)
Robin: 60-9=51
Jayden: 65-14=51
Dave Wiley: 58-6=52
Phil Ross: 70-17=53
Bob Decker: 60-7=53
Fred Smith: 64-11=53

Had to take executive priveledge to play with McBeth & Ulibarri. Got to see some amazing shots our course has never seen the likes of before. Not big guys, but easily in the 500' club. Very smooth form and remarkably similar. Bombed flick shots hyzers when needed. Never indecisive, these guys could tear through any course in casual play in no time at all. Some highlights: McBeth parked hole 16 & Billings parked 6!

Great group of guys. Had plenty of cheer to share with us. Hope they continue playing well next week.

The best part about Ulli and McBeth is that they are level headed and cool. They are the future faces of disc golf, they know it, they want to be. At the same time they don't think they are better than all the rest of us.

I played 1 round with McBeth and he is amazing. I played 2 rounds with Ulli, he had some struggles but still threw some killer shots.

Before we teed on 16, Crispin said "$10 if you can hit Iqbal". Good thing Iq is fast. Looks like it kinda threw him off though, didn't quite capture how great that shot was by McBeth.

I'm guessing #11 basket is under water? Anyone want to bring a temp and we can play it like Doo Dah a couple of years ago?
