I talked to a few players that were at Beloit and we thought it would be cool if the $25 that was won for bringing the most player, could be used to start a ACE fund for Sunday Doubles. Does anyone have any disagreement with this idea. I'm only looking for the people that went to Beloit and helped win the $25. All you others can go ahead and voice your opinion, cause there are plenty of you that play Doubles on Sunday, how would you guy's feel about having a Ace fund.

Maybe we could give the disc divas a little chunk of the cash so they could
have a Ace fund for their League. I wouldn't say half though due to it being an all girl league and Sunday Doubles is a all sexes league.

I've heard Scooba's idea (which is good) and other suggestions such as buying beer and sodas for everyone some night or using it for the start on a fall party.

We need to get a list together of everybody that went and a list of the suggestions. Then I suggest we have those people vote on how we use the money.

In the meantime, the $25 is safe and will be deposited into the club checking account when I get some time.

Are we supposed to forget about this? Buying beer for whatever reason isn't a good idea, I don't drink so how would this benefit me? What happen to voting on what happens to the money? I tell you this much. I've talked to Most everyone that went to Beloit and they told me I had a good Idea, So I guess there is no reason for a vote. So what now Bob?

I didn't know it was up to me to bring this up at club. I've only been to club twice since I got back from AM World's (work has been a B?$ch).

Let's see about making the "vote" official. Since you are talking to people about this, I would suggest you write-up your suggestion and have those who were in Beloit and who are in favor of your idea sign the statement. You can plan on me signing it. Once you have the signatures of more than 50% of those who attended, we can move forward.
