Oct 30th is a club day, is it not? We are at Oak that weekend. Meeting after league. If the weather is bad, we'll have it at Bob's Office.

Still waiting to see if we can get a quorum of board members before we finalize the plans for the 30th but, I think we can probably plan on it.

If it "all comes together", it will be after club in Oak Park unless the weather doesn't cooperate. In that case, we'll move it to my office downtown.

Either I or Mike will update this forum if plans change.

On a more serious note, if we are going to get any of these in, don't you
think we oughta hurry. It's getting cold, the ground will become more
solid, harder to dig, and the cement won't set as easy.

So let's do it on a Sunday so I can help, I don't care if it only two of us, I'm
willing to get it done so we can have extra pin placements for the winter.

I haven't heard anything from the board. We were supposed to get those sleeves on the Monday after the Round Up. We will have a board meeting, I think next Tuesday, but I'll try to find out what's up before then.
