Re: Lost Discs in Wichita
Yesterday at League: Lost a Red Star Wraith in the pond on hole 18 at Oak. Saw where it was- about 25' out from the tree near the DZ. But when I went back to get it, it was dark. I trudged through there for 20 minutes to no avail. Really liked that one.
Re: Lost Discs in Wichita
Yeah, I threw a white Star Boss in the pond at 18. It was 8 feet from the edge and I could see it too. We finished the front 5 holes, went back and some guys were climbing out of the pond and leaving...Discs in hand, but they said they did not see any boss. WHATEVER!!!!!
God,Family,Discgolf,DenverBroncos,Sooners...Says it all for me.

Re: Lost Discs in Wichita
My friend lost his custom die champion Beast in the woods that overhang the pad on Hole 5. We could not find it once it got dark.
This is my good buddy and I'd like 2 help him out. The disc should say "Skip" on the bottom, 305-1723 as #. That number is now no longer in service. If you find a custom champ beast near hole 5 plz PM me and I will notify him. Thanks!

Lost a Blue Z-Xtreme in the pond on hole 18 at Oak. Reward for return!
There are some lost discs from the Doo Dah in the clubhouse. When I get a chance, I'll post what they are. Thanks to everyone for returning those.

Lost a two tone champion Wraith on the first five at oak. It is orange and pearly with a purple stamp, no ink unfortunately. I just left it there
. 20 dollar reward offered up by a friend since it was a birthday present.
Re: Lost Discs in Wichita
Fairly new player here and a newly turned "river rat" after losing a couple of my discs at oak, so far we've found a few discs but only one thing that's been special enough to go through the effort to return since none of them have had numbers or names (I thought everybody wrote their names on their discs?). Anyway today we found a disc that says 2007 Wichita Round-up Herman Hill Park 1st place advanced, if anybody knows who it belongs to and/or are them and want it back message me on here and get me a way to contact them.

If I remember correctly, That was an Iqbal dye that Jeff Ring won.
Re: Lost Discs in Wichita
Any way to contact or anywhere to turn the disc in so he'll get it?
Re: Lost Discs in Wichita
It's nice to see that some people are returning discs.
I have accidentally left 4 discs just laying on the ground at Oak in the last month. Yes, it's my fault for neglecting to pick them up, but they all had my name & number on them. One guy called & left me a message that he would leave my disc in the box by the parking lot. I assume he did, but when I went to get it, it wasn't there
How rude! Now I see people checking that box to see if anything's in there, even if it's not theirs
Before that happened, I noticed I had left my Z-Nuke somewhere & was pretty upset about it. I was whining to a friend & he said some guy was just bragging about finding one. So the next time he sees this guy, he asks him if that Nuke had a name on it. Of course, it did, but he said, "you don't understand! It was just laying there, out in the open!" Really, I probably just put it there, in the middle of the fairway thinking maybe someone else deserves this more than me
Some people!
Please help spread the good disc golf karma; return discs to their owners & encourage others to also. Most people do put their name/number on their discs for a reason: they want them back, DUH

It's the mentality of the times. Why get a job when I can live off other tax payer's money? Why buy my own discs when I can find them on the course? The overall decrease in productivity of our nation will send us into a depression. Buy American discs!

Lost, stolen, perhaps a recording error? These were last counted as correct after Doo Dah, only 10 weeks ago. Never had more than 2 or 3 short before.
