Played the skip-a-hole course today. WOW!! The newer pins have made this tuff! Here's how I did.
#1 long tee to #2 long basket- got a 4.... Probably a par 4 or 5 for this hole, a 3 is possible but not likely
#3L to #4L- took a 3 here.... Par 4 for sure, 3 is makeable but must have 2 great shots
5L to 6L- Got a 5........ Its a definate par 5, 4 could be had, dont think 3 is possible
7L to 8L- Got a 5... Same as last hole, 4 is great hole, suppose a 3 could be made w/ 2 perfect shots maybe
9L to 10L- Got a 4... Hole is interupted by the water center unless you played mando on building. par 5
11L to 12L- 3...... A par 3. 2 is makeable here, another hole that the paths are in the way
13L to 14L- 3....Par 3, fun hole with a couple different options and threat of OB in river if thrown to far
15L to 16L- 5.....Par 5, 3 could be made from very long distance and a 4 is really good
17L to 18L- 3.....Prob a par 4, 2 could be made but VERY difficult with the road to play around, 3 is a good score
I would guess it to be a Par 38, will try to play the Evens to odds later to see if these are legit holes

Sounds like you played the hardest 9. That being long tees, long pins, and odds to evens. 5-6 and 7-8 are huge.
I think the old skip-a-hole course and safari in general was better at HH before the Water Center.
We did play an interesting round about this time last year. Some pretty fun holes.

Re: Herman Skip-a-hole
I agree Mike, I started out wanting to play the old "jungle" but got a few holes in and forgot where to go so I went with the S.A.H..... The course was pretty fun tho, With the exception of 9L to 10L, the center doesnt really come into play much. I played it again yesterday morning and made a sick 4 from 5L to 6L. Was awesome. Finished with a 35 yesterday, coulda been a few better, but was pretty happy with it.

Re: Herman Skip-a-hole
I ran a skip-a-hole tournament at herman in 93. Luke Potts shot even after 27 holes crushing everyone. Nines tee to tens basket was only 150 feet. While twelves tee to thirteens basket was over 700.
When you have to choose between your woman and discgolf, don`t be stupid-choose the discgolf.

Not for sure, but 5 long tee to 6 long pin has to be in the neighborhood of 900ft! and 7 to 8 is close to the same.
