wichita eagle has a story in todays paper about oak park discers and birders....

No holes affected as far as I know.

Its the road thats on the left as you walk from 5s basket to 6s short pad.

I'm not sure why the article reads that we had a problem with them clearing out along the path. Since the bird watchers have been "given" the territory in the woods, we haven't been allowed to use it.

Perhaps Bob was contacted and used the opportunity to take sides with the birders. These guys have been a pain and if we can find ways to make peace it will be better for everyone.

I think that the article was good and bob did a good job siding with the Birders. I think that we should try to be as friendly to the birders as we can possibly be.

If we can be on the same side as them on the issue we wont be fighting between ourselves and that gives both of us more of a voice against the city. But if we cant agree with them it makes us and them look bad.
