Are we still playing tonight? I know there was discussion of this thing moving to a weekend day at some point.

Yep. Pretty soon, we should probably move it to a weekend. Then daylight won't be a factor, although it rarely is a Cherry St.

I think we could probably move it anytime now.

Here is the future:
Next weekend Grove
--Doesn't matter, because we are doing league today.

Following weekend Wichita
--May take a few of us since it is so close. I know I will be playing and encourage all the rest of you.

Following weekend KDGA final and Salina tourney
--I will be at this for sure. I am sure several others will also.

I am going to just make the call now, handicap league will be Saturdays starting on Nov. 13th.

Now the big problem. What time?

I can go anytime. I prefer 1:00ish
Shan will need it to be 3:30 or 4:00ish

What works for the rest of you?

I think 4 would be a good time. That would still allow folks to get home and clean up if they had plans on Saturday night.

Results for tonight (the pad the cap night evidently):
Burley 54(57)
Shan 54
Don 65(58)

Very windy but that didn't stop the faithful

I am OK with what ever time on Saturdays. I work many Saturdays so will not be able to make it much before 4. Tee off when ever and I will play when I get a chance.
My people skills are just fine, it's my tolerance for idiots that need work.

Easy win, and had 2 Aces. If you don't believe me just ask the rest of the people who played.

Here is a problem. Shan cannot make it until around 3:30 or 4:00 on Saturdays. He also played nearly every Monday nite league. It also gets dark starting at 5:30 now and sooner in a few weeks.

We have also kicked around the idea of playing one week at Cherry and the following week at the Grove.

Seems to me like Sundays around 1:00-1:30ish might be better.

I guess we're not playing.

It would be weird to play a Cherry St. League at the Grove.

We are still going to play. I have asked for feedback several times and listed possible problems with little to no response.

I would like to play Sundays at 1:00.

I don't think it would be weird to play "handicap" league at the grove. We would just need to run two different sets of handicaps.

I plan on playing at Cherry Street at 1:00 this week. Hope to have some company.
