SSA for the course is now around 48. I would like to make a few tweeks to the course.

Ideas-
Hole 3
I would like to play from the blue tee. I people would hit the trees and we could get some bigger scores.

Hole 4
We could play to Hole 2's alt. pin. Could be pretty cool from cement.

Hole 5
If we ever play to 4 alt. There is a cool place to play to 5 from.

How long are we going to run this league? At the time change do we change it to doubles?

I don't mind changing up a couple of holes. I would like to keep it a handicap singles league though. That way we still have a singles, and doubles league.

8 players showed up on a WINDY night. Stun layed the smack down on us. I watched him throw in several putts over 30 feet. Thanks to Kindy for making the trip from Newton (way to kick a 7th graders butt in the playoff). Once again, I think the course is to easy. When we "end this season" and start next, I think we could use a few tweeks.

Here is an idea. When a hole is ACED, it is retired and we find an alternate hole to play.

Results:
Stun 46
Smitty 48
Kindy 49 (56)
Twitch 49 (56)
Fraley 50 (60)
Chris Tyler 53 (59)
Tyson 55 (60)
Hooper 56 (62)

For some reason playing a dark, cold, snow and ice round just doesn't seem like to much fun. Attendance would fall even lower then what we already are getting.

I want to keep it singles for sure.

I am not against moving it to the weekend once we get into "Winter".

Switching to a weekend would be okay, but I don't want to drop the league all together like we used to with the Grove league.

7 players tonight. Fighting some steady wind the first 9, then perfect conditions the second.

Shan comes out with the win. Followed by a traffic jam and playoff with Smitty, Hooper, and Twitch. Playoff rules are simple. Hole 1 WR, Hole 2 WR, Hole 9 BS. If you are still tied after 3, you split. Hooper got the only 2 on the first hole thanks to a great tree kick. Smitty and Twitch had to settle for 3's. Smitty took twitch down with a 24 foot putt on hole 2. Making Twitchy a little nervous and missing his 18 footer.

Shan 45 (46)
Hooper 47 (53)
Smitty 47
Twitch 47 (53)
Jake 50 (53)
Burley 49 (51)
Stun 53

Probably not going to make it tomorrow (9-13). I will be out of town all day, and don't know for sure what time I will be back in town.

Well, I didn't make it home with the card. If I did, I don't know where it is at now.

I will see what I can figure out and try to fill in the blanks and get the handicaps updated this weekend.

Smitty 45
Shan 47
Twitch 47 (53)
Stun 50
Jake 50 (53)

There were only 5 of us. Twitch went to another playoff his third in a row and lost yet again. One of these weeks that little sucker is going get the victory. Shan edged Twitch and I out for the CTP prize.

Low, almost know turnout this week. I asked Twitch beforehand if he wanted to play for money and he did. I thought he and I should just play a casual round. He was game though (he twisted his ankle earlier in cross country).

Twitch 54(60)
Shan 50

Sorry it took me four days to post the scores.

Shan- R U guys going to keep this league going after the cold and early dark gets here? I saw a suggestion on moving it to the weekend, I think that's a good idea. So give me the details again, I assume the pay in is $5 does that include the first round that sets my handicap? And what time do u guys get started?
