Don't think it will go back across the tracks. I don't want to force people to tee off over OB. Plus there are people living in the house now and they have a huge camper.

Ace Race is for after the tourney if we don't have an ACE.

Heading out today to:

1-Move the stone on 3. It will be a short straight shot near the 2 long basket.
2-Paint a few lines on the sidewalk.
3-Build an Island on hole 4 minus the rope until Saturday.

Stone is moved on 3
Island is made
Sidewalks are painted

All that needs to be done is baskets moved and rope around the island. Both are jobs for Saturday morning.

The city took out the dead cedar on hole 1. I am sure the Cedars on 3 are next on the hit list. For every tree they take out, they should plant 2 new.

We should get with them on that. I am sure the would be willing, just make sure they don't over look it.

We could even buy a tree or something.

Is there a reason we are not going ahead and moving baskets. I am more than willing to do it tonight if it is O.K. I would love some practice on the different baskets. You understand, a little "local home course" advantage.

Cherry street baskets? Because they don't lock. You know where the locations are? You can just play to where they will be.

Just like the college, all odds will be long the first round.

5- will be over the b-ball court
7- will be a temp between the two trees next to the red basket. (there is an X on the ground)
9- will be over the sidewalk.

The second round they will be opposite.
8- will be long were 5's long pin goes.

Does this mean that 8 short will be considered regular 8 red and not 8 silver?
I did not realize that the silver sleeves did not lock. Thanks Chris

I hope to flag the college at nap time.

I will probably head out to Cherry after the kiddos hit the hay tonight and fix the island, move baskets, and put out flags if anyone wants a play later.

Cherry is ready for the first round minus the flags. I got all the way to the park and realized I didn't have them.

Gives me a reason to go out there later. :D

If some one could bring some small bricks, we could probably use them. When I put the Red toppers in the alt. sleeves, they are a little low. The tab slides all the way down to the pipe. The good news is they are locked in with the chains. We may have to undo the chain and slide a brick or two under the tab to get them up to normal height.
