Friz-Rocker got an ace today on his first hole ever at the canyon!!! It was not a roller!

I had a blast at the tourney today. It was cool to see my dad play up and beyond his average ability. He usually doesn't fare too well against the woods, so he was stoked. Actually woulda cashed in the open field.

Winfield knows how to hook up the players. Thanks to Smitty and Rich for giving us a day full of good times... food, beer, entertainment, ctps, big payout, unique trophies, and a very cool course. The holes were even more bizarre than I remembered.

We played california. The wind was hauling arse.

Smitty and Ben tied for 1st with -5. I had -1. Scooba and Shawn were 1 and 2 up. I don't know if they ever found a reason to play it off for first.

My pa shot +1 in amatuer. Kyle got second. I'm not sure who won in advanced.

Rich shot -4 and took all the glory in a home turf victory over the old guys.
