Going deep no longer requires great technique! We're going to need bigger parks.

I just don't know, I'm a flat/anny thower and I'm having problems with
this disc flipping on me, so the disc is out the bag.I hope the champion line
has more stability.

It was funny, I could not flip it over to save my life, played a round with jack and now it makes this nice purty "S" curve when I throw it. It's a good disc and I sing it's praises, but, of late I have found that I enjoy throwing eagles and sidewinders more.

It's the Big Bertha of disc golf and like the BB I don't even own one yet. I've been seeing average distance players bomb them though.

Good comparison there...And just like I can rip my R-580 farther than a Big Bertha, I can rip my Crush farther than a wraith...I don't see whats so great about this disc.

What's great is that it is as fast as more overstable drivers like the pred, without being so overstable that it loses it's glide.

Distance throwers use a hyzer release with understable plastic. This disc is not understable when thrown with a hyzer, but it's fast enough to get the d anyway. I don't have trouble controlling this disc like I do other pro line plastic.

I have already commented on the Wraith so I won't repeat that here but I would note that everyone who was not a sponsored by another discgolf company was throwing the wraith at the USDGC. It was simply being bombed. Watching a Swede throw that thing further than I have ever seen any disc thrown was downright amazing.

The real questions with the Wraith are how fast will it turn flippy and are all wraiths the same. My answer to those questions right now are - Not as fast as dx but not near as long as champion and all of mine seem the same. I could care less, however, since I have a stack sitting a home. :D

Oh, I can give you a bit more. Other than 2 other disc manufacturer sponsored players, everyone was throwing a rhino too. On one of the par 4 holes I threw rhino, rhino, rhino, rhino in the basket. That frickin kicks ass. On a couple others it was rhino, roc, firebird, rhino in the basket.

I bet 90 percent of the field was driving, upshoting and putting with rhinos. I saw this Swede throw a rhino 500 feet for his drive on par 5 hole. Then he almost threw the rhino in the hole from 250ft.

I showed this one dude ( he's kind of good, goes by the name of Kenny) one of my rhino's before the 1st round. He begged so much for me to give him one that I did. He was a bit uncomfortable busting i t out on every hole but on the last round he finally did. Had he started that way he would have won the tournament.

Heck I saw this one dude roll a rhino and park it on a par 4 hole for an eagle.

How bout them apples. :D

Damn, those people must have really big arms to throw rhinos that often...me, I used to throw a RHYNO pretty well, but I got tired of the thumbtrac and gave it to a buddy.

I can't help it, I'm a born smart ass

The new Rhynos SUCK! The old ones with the Large Rhyno are the only ones worth a crap! Better stock up on your Wraiths now, cuz the next few runs of them will suck a little more with each run!
