i was trying to contact the runner up on an auction that recently completed to make an offer. any one know how to look up an ebay user? couldnt find any way

second chance offer..should be in the options.

i am not sure why but i thought that was for the winning bidder only. i wanted to make an offer outside ebay to avoid fees. was able to pm the runner up there. thanks Smitty
