Since I am in England, I have been seeing a lot of hype, especially from the locals about the England based disc distributer Discwing, but I saw this first prototype on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 87054&rd=1

This is crazy!

It's not crazy, it's charity! I would never pay that much for a disc. Anyway, it's for a good cause. Somebody on the PDGA site said a charity disc (Pluto Platter) a few years back, on Ebay, went for over $6000.00!

For $39 it better fly itself right to the pin!!

Do you at least get to choose the color??

I doubt there will be a choice of anything and I am sure you are chris about the hype. It will take some time. Everyone who hs thrown one over here has said it flys a lot further than anything else they have thrown and the reviews from the states are the same, but for the money it better be magic, and it is not even legal to throw. Disc golf is an expensive hobby
:) :?

Last time I checked, St. Louis MO was in the USA too. And BTW, its the archer not the arrow....Gateway makes good discs too.
