I've been thinking about getting one so it will be easier on my back, how does it fit? Does it sit higher up on your back than the Carolina bags with quads? And does it bounce around much?

Yes it is a very comfortable bag in my opinion.. It fits very snug to my back, without much movement while walking.. I kinda seemed oversized at first, but after a couple holes I didn't even notice... The to seperated compartments kick a$$.. I use the bottom one for discs and the top one for Keys, glasses, drinks, towels, etc.. There is also zipper compartments on both sides for crap too.. One thing I like about it is how it stands up when ya set it down unlike the gatway backpack which just fell over.. The strapps seem like they will hold up very nice and not come unstiched
