Some people just collect things. I personally collect Rocs and have paid some decent money for them. Never nearly that much but more than some people might spend. I collect them and want all of them and unfortunatly I know that some of the discs cost big money $$. I dont think people pay that much money on a disc and throw it. Probably a collector or an investment.
