I am trying to get in touch with Gordon Richmeier. He scammed me on a disc trade and I am trying to get him to do the right thing and either mail my disc back to me or send what he was supposed to. I have tried to get in contact with him on multiple platforms, but he keeps blocking me.

I then tried to get in contact with him via his twitter and he blocked me there. I would like him to either ship me what he promised to ship me, return my disc in the same condition I sent it, or pay for my disc.
