Light'em Up

Post by disc golf superhero »

Looking into automatically lighting up our baskets every night. My thought is a solar powered LED string. Could probably just buy some LED string and solar panel and make our own fairly cheap?
Products I've found that are close. Not solar powered and not automatic.

Is there a better way or better product out there? Thoughts? Ideas?

Seen the yard leds which go on sale each year at Wal-mart? Solar panel on top, led underneath...drill holes in the top 1/3 of the pole for the light to shine out of...install solar panel flush with the top of pole...Looking to do something like this in my yard...Perhaps a larger diameter(sleeve size) piece of pipe to use as a guard and holder attached to the top of the pole. A couple of bucks each, installed.
