Need your knowledge

Post by Swede »

Frolfers--

Sounds like I need some more surgery on the elbow. The guy that operated the first time didn't get it right and I heard all the horror stories after the surgery. I'm hoping to get some word of mouth reviews before I let somebody else cut me. If you or someone you know has any experience with or knowledge about this guy, please let me know.

Know nothing about him. Do know Harry Morris is good on the shoulder. He may do elbows also.

Thanks for the suggestions. If you know of someone that is very well respected or did an awesome job on your surgery, I'll give it a listen. But I'm mainly hoping somebody knows something about this guy before I give the OK. I know it is a shot in the dark. Just thought I'd tap the KDGA resource pool. :D I appreciate your help.

Morris does Wichita State Athletes, fixed my shoulder, fixed my sister-in-laws shoulder and elbow and she was a Javelin thrower at Arkansas.

healthgrades.com had all 3 dox mentioned on this thread. they all seemed to have 4 out of 5 stars and over 10 patient reviews...might be worth checkin out before making a final decision...there were a couple on the compare-to page that had 5 stars, but what is a star worth? the patient reviews might be of help though.

Good news! Dr. Gwynn found my nerve wrapped in scar tissue which was likely causing the pain. He cleaned that up and tucked the nerve safely under my (enormous and well-toned  ) muscle. He also said he is very optimistic about the recovery which is rare for a "revision" surgery. Between that news and the Hydrocodone high, I'm feelin' pretty good. So good it took me 20 minutes to type this with one hand.

That is good news brother! I am glad to hear it and hope you have a speedy recovery.

Keep popping those pain pills! No reason not to, it is legal.

That took me 20 minutes to type using my wenis (skin on the back of your elbow).
