A request...

It's been a rough couple of days... I was looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend after working over 50 hours just through Thursday. Unfortunately, I received a phone call at work yesterday morning. The phone call was from the Hutchinson Police Department, but not just anybody... it was the Chaplain.

My mother, Linda Adkins, passed away Friday morning while she slept. We don't know yet what the exact cause was, but will hopefully know soon. Things are going ok, just trying to get all off the arrangements, ect taken care of...

On to my request... please, if your parents are still around get in contact with them and let them know how much you and love and appreciate them. I had a pretty good relationship with her, but still wish I would have told her these things more often...

I also ask that you guys keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Things are really rough right now, having no siblings or other close relatives means there is a lot riding on my shoulders right now. If you have my number, feel free to call or text, I may not answer immediately but will get back to you when I can...
