Race to the ACE 2009

I had a pretty good run at Shawnee mission, my heart was pounding, and I was thinking, I should have signed up for the ACE RACE!!! But it dropped right before it got there so no regrets.

Josh, 2K and I played 5 rounds at Camp Horizon in Ark City.

This place is sweet for running at Aces.

We didn't hit any Aces or even draw iron on the first shot (I hit basket and right side of chains on a couple of extra shots). We did have several shots that made us jump and scream, it was a great afternoon of golf.

Heddy hit an ace today in olathe... beautiful 250-275ft dx rhyno on hole 2 at prarie center smacked dead center... no ace fund at the tourney though, and didn't enter the contest! Did get paid by 5 people watching though!

Good thing he wasn't in the Race!

Did he get an official time? It would be cool to talk it up on the PDGA site, and see if it was one of the first in the US.

Not official but we started at 1pm and that was about half way through a 3 hour round... so probably 2:30.

got in two rounds in mac. today with Tom V. and Dyck, in less they put a basket out in water just past the ice line, nobody got close. Tomorrow is another day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1:52 pm. Eric aced hole 12 or 13 at EMS, i am never certain on those. I ramped my drive off the top and then he hit dead center with a Banger.
