Is there a way the PDGA has providing for "fixing" the ratings at multi-course tournaments? Referring to how the round ratings match a certain round rather than a certain course.
While it won't make a difference in the total of the round ratings, it will for each individual round. It might make a difference wether the round is used or thrown out.
Also, if the rounds are switched so that the rounds actually represent a certain course and setting, you can determine the SSA for the course and everyone can see accurate round ratings.
I imagine this is a lot of work because not many tournaments are doing it.

Why is the Dynamic Disc Open on all of our ratings twice? The first annual was on 11-11-06 and the second annual was on 10-21-07. I thought it would supersede the older ratings like it did for all of the other tournaments. It would make a 945 and a 940 drop off of my rating.

That tourney from last year didn't drop because it's not at least a year from your most current tourney. You can have the same tourneys from previous years if they were later in the year than the current one. For example If I played the DD Open last year and it was like 10-27-06 - 10-28-06 and I played it this year also 10/26/07 - 10/27/07 it wouldn't drop since this years tourney was one day too early. But if the current years DD Open was through the 28th or later than it would be over a year old of your most current tourney. Make sense? Hopefully that wasn't too confusing. I had that happen on the new update, one tourney didn't drop by 1 day. Yup it's to the year exactly.

Well I'm at 983 now (10 point jump) and should hit 990 on next update. My goal for next year is to hopefully get to 1000+ by the end of the summer. We'll see!

This is some funny stuff!I`m now 45 and with my highest rating ever tied for 35th !

At an average of +3 points per year I should catch and pass Kenny by the time I turn 54
