Cinco de Mini -- Peabody

Post by Swede »

2:00 Saturday (that's today, get out of bed) @ Peabody's 9-holer. Some people will play disc golf for small amounts of money. If you'd like to be a part of it, clear it with your parents or your sponsors and arrive at the park before 2. Unfortunately, Wiggins will not be available for autographs.

This tournament features-
Zero $ of added cash
Non-existent plastic payout.
No players packs.
No KDGA points
All contestants will play at least 9 holes of golf!!!!

Most bogeys must take the slide head first.

Headquarters is overwhelmed with the 0 response(s) from prospective players! We can't wait to see everyone out there! The Chelsea game starts @ 11:45 so I'll be in Peabody at the stroke of 2.

Wow! Cinco de MAXI! Thanks to everyone who came out! I'm sure Smitty and Rusco never imagined 2 hour rounds @ a 9-holer! I hope it was worth it. Next year we may have to do an A and B pool or even tee times if we keep getting this overwhelming turnout.

Congrats to the winner, Crispin Thomas Carrasco who parked the final hole with an ESP Buzzz to secure the victory. Mr. Carrasco finished 9 down on 18 holes. Kingpin, as Mr. Carrasco is known, delivered a moving and humble acceptance speech in which he dedicated his gutty performance to the sweaty local man mowing his lawn in sweats and a captain's hat.
