2011 Membership List

Before I get a points thread started, I want to let everyone know who we have on the list for members. If you are not on the list and you paid someone, speak up. If we have you down for the wrong division or wrong region, let me know. If you play between 2 divisions in tournament play, the higher of the 2 is usually appropriate for KDGA division. KDGA division is just for tour points and end of year final; you do not have to play this division in all tournaments.

If you want to have mercy on your Oz-Tour-Points-Tracker-Guy, please sign up early. Sign up before the end of the Food Drive season to get points for Food Drive events attended. Always write on the form (or let me know) what events you have attended prior to signing up. Otherwise it takes too long to look through all the events to see what each person has played.

When I joined/paid this past summer at the Doo Dah, was it just for the remainder of 2010?
I was under the impression that my membership was for a calendar year or something like that but I do not see my name here.
I was looking forward to playing this coming season. Thanks - Mike Owens

The memberships work a little different from one another.

The KDGA's can be renewed as early as the date of the finals, which is in early to mid Novemeber. Your membership was for last year points, shirt, etc.

The ACDGC's can be renewed as early as the membership drive, which is in early October. Memberships last through March of the following year. So a person renewing at the membership drive gets 3 months prior year + 12 months + 3 months following year = 18 months of membership.

The PDGA lets you renew ahead of time if you want. All 3 run on a calendar year rather than a year from date of sign up.

I just signed up and paid my membership dues. I'm brand new to the game of disc golf, and I'm really hating the snow right now. I literally only have 2 discs to my name, but I love it. I look forward to playing as much as possible

I want to join and I'm hosting our ice bowl tomorrow in Pittsburg KS. Do I have to sign up before my ice bowl tomorrow to get the points? I have a lot of final prep work to do tonight and didn't know if I had to add that to the list of things to get done tonight. Thanks

Sign up before the Winfield Food Drive event (last one, I believe) and you can still get points for the past Food Drive events. I think I'll post something on our Points thread on how the points are calculated.
