If a person is jump putting illegally, that usually means they would have a terrible success ratio. A good jump putt conducive to being on target will always have a supporting point on the ground.

What 2 said basically.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

I guess I just wonder why the KDGA is so lax in its rules. even some area like winfield is more lax in league rules than say emporia and wichita. I for one wouldn't mind a little stricter inforcement of all the PDGA rules and any event above a league play. Lizard

Many rules and regs in any setting is designed around the people it affects. For example there are still towns in Western Kansas with laws against driving cattle down main-street. This is entirely due to that towns history and the people it is catering to. These rules and other rules that could actually be enforced are not due to the outcry of the people of the community. In Winfield we choose to have different rules and that is OK. The rules maybe in place just a matter of enforcing them are different.
