I just want to say right off the top, that I disagree with a lot of the conclusions drawn here. Further, I worry that application of repetitive motion through less than desirable form = injury. Read through and try anything out, but if it is painful, be smart enough to stop. A good throw should not hurt. A good form should get the most that it can from your existing muscle structure. Exercise will build and strengthen muscles, allowing your good form to have more to work with. A point I'd like to make is that strong athletic people start out with an advantage in the raw power department. Even poor form (when coupled with physical advantages) can make a disc go far. Don't be fooled into thinking that strength = good form.
