Winfield Food Drive Feb. 27th

Where: Island Park and the nature trails. Meet at the shelter on the West side of Island park.

Cost: $20 All participants will receive a 2010 KDGA Food Drive disc.

Proceeds: All proceeds from the event will go the Winfield Food Pantry.

Time:
Registration starts at 8:30
Players meeting at 9:45
First Tee at 10:00

Format:

Round 1-
Pick your poison. You will be able to pick your group and just go out and have fun. You can play skins, wolf, doubles, singles, anything that you want. The idea is to just get out and play some DG with your buddies and have fun

Lunch: Several people have offered up Chili. WVDGA will have drinks, chips, cookies. If you want to bring something to add to the lunch that would be Awesome.


Round 2-
We will have a $5 random doubles round. If you don't want to do that, once again you are welcome stay and enjoy the day and play Disc Golf.

All KDGA members will get 10 Bonus points for playing the event. You must be a current KDGA member by the end of the event to be eligible for the points.

Big thanks to Chris Tyler for doing all the registration and taking care of his KDGA duties at the same time. All the Winfield dudes for moving baskets, cleaning up the course, making sure we had baskets, bringing chili, running doubles (Cliff), and just being awesome!

This day also marks the first time in history that people were able to get there KDGA members packs before the season had really started. You all have a double stack mini coming your way.

Most of all thanks to all of the players that made the trip. I hope you had a great time and enjoyed the best course in Winfield. Please let us know of any changes you would/could make to the course even better for next year.
