Update on current sponsorship...
Discs Unlimited is sponsoring $100 in merchandise.
Sticky Iqqy is sponsoring $100.
Lightning is hooking up 2 baskets for $200 and some CTP prizes and putters, so we'll be giving out a basket for advanced and the winner of the upshot/putting contest.
Still looking into sponsorships.
If you want to help get sponsorships, send me a message and I'll email you a sponsorship form. Everyone who gets sponsorship will get 10% of that value off of their entry fee at the tourney.

The registration site should be up and running now.
Update: We have 3 baskets to give away. One to the upshot/putt contest winner. One to the advanced winner. The 3rd one will go to the winner of the amateur division, other than advanced, that draws in the most money in registrations.
Should have some nice discs for player packs!

I have an updated sporship form, but no need to post that here. If you are interested, just send me your email.
And the same deal applies, of course, if YOU want to sponsor the event. 10% of the value is deducted from your Doo Dah entry fee.

Can the TD (Bob?) start putting in the names of pre-reg on the PDGA site? It's always fun to see the list populate.

I'll bet a lot of people will sign up the day before or the day of. We usually get about 100 participants or a few more, so the pre-reg could be misleading.
One reason to sign up early though....
The first 100 players will get a custon stamped disc. Crispin designed a sweet tournament stamp.
25 Star XCaliburs. 25 Star Destroyers. 25 Star Sidewinders.
25 ESP Forces. 25 ESP Avenger SS's.

I don't know why you wouldn't do it?
Every PDGA other PDGA tourney in Kansas does it. People like to see who is playing.
Mr. PDGA should get it done, it only takes a few minutes.
Then he would be one step closer to having the electronic TD report filled out so he could use it to group players, figure scores, figure payout, have round ratings done before the next round is started. It is a great program.
Also it would keep people from asking for results for 2 weeks after the touney.

I think it saves time in doing the scores, because you don't have to fill all the registrants names in.

The pre-registration is now up.
My work schedule is such that I haven't looked at this site in weeks.

Hell, I'll even be working this weekend.

If Mike hadn't told me of the complaints, I would not have known of them.

Next time, please give me the common courtesy of a phone call or a direct e-mail instead of complaining online where I can't do anything about it because I might never see it.
Anyway, as you can see, at this point there are only 8 players pre-registered. This is not unusual so I didn't see any need to worry about posting it.

From various out-of-town and out-of-state telephone conversations I've had, I expect between 80 and 100 participants.

Hopefully, my expectations will be exceeded.
