ACDGC Ace Fund going into the tournament is $419.
Re: Wichita Round-Up PDGA B-Tier November 6th
OB's are now flagged, mandos marked and I will be @ the course about 430 Friday to flag the drop zones, do some more trimming around the pond on hole 12 and picking up trash. May throw some of the holes as well. Any one that wants to help, we'll see ya there.

We are headed south for Wichita right now! Should be pulling in just after 12:30 to get doubles started. Come to Herman Hill to hang out, check in, pick up player pack, or register for some of the last few spots.
Registration has been updated up to this point! 84 players! Would love to see this fill at 100 today!

Don't know the last time the reg. was updated today. Looks like there will be room for 14 lucky people in the morning. It is going to be a good day for some disc golf.

Huge thanks to ACDGC for letting DD come into Wichita and run the event. Bigger thanks to all 97 of the players who made it to the event. I was hoping for 100, but 97 doesn't suck.
Good job Ronruh! ICT boys sweep the ICT events this year. Pretty sweet.
Who are the qualifers to the final????

Re: Wichita Round-Up PDGA B-Tier November 6th
What a day!...Was pretty sweet to get a bucket list win..I won my first ever tourney in the Round Up in '99 (i think). I won in a playoff in Am 2. In those days the event was at Oak on the old course and won on the 2nd playoff hole. Kinda crazy symmetry....The course played so tough all day and the tee shot on #16 from the long tee in the afternoon was SCARY! anything not OB was a great shot... Thanks to the DD guys, they always make events so much fun for everyone, and I cant wait to see what the Doo Dah could be with the ACDGC and DD teaming up for it. 180+ players?? A-tier?? I think both are possible!!!! Thanks to my boy Crispin for hooking us up with the sweet trophies! And thanks to all my friends and fellow Air Cappers for having my back against The Okie in the playoff. God knows i needed a little help for that tee shot to squeek through the tree and get parked..Cant wait to defend my title next year!!

I got my revenge from the DooDah. I let the wind beat me then. Not this time. I did not volunteer last year and I played bad. Volunteering for a tourney at your home courses really helps. I appreciate everyone that helped. I also thank everyone that came. There were some other big events that same day and 97 people still made it to ICT for a one day tourney. Awesome. A BIG high 5 goes out to Brian Grosbach, he probably had the best tourney of his career. He won and hit an ace worth well over $600, wow!!! DD did a great job running the event and we look forward them running events for us in the future.

Re: Wichita Round-Up PDGA B-Tier November 6th
This was HANDS DOWN my best tourny ever! I won MAC Attack and Anthony (both in a playoff), but this was my first outright win. It's going to be hard to top this one! The DD crew seriously know how to run tournaments and I love playing disc golf in Kansas (especially in Wichita)! I've played in tournaments back home in KCMO and I've played in one out in Pennsylvania, but nothing compares to you guys!! The win was great, and hitting my first ace ever (and in a tourny) I will never forget, but I LOVE PLAYING THIS GAME!!!! And I have way too much fun doing it with you guys!
Advanced Am players better watch out!! There's a group of us Am-2's who are moving up next year!! And we're going to have a blast!

Good job Unruh, wish I could have been in town for this, but fountain hills sure is nice to play every weekend!
Re: Wichita Round-Up PDGA B-Tier November 6th
Thanks to everyone who helped put this event together! I'm really glad that the ACDGC and Dynamic Discs teamed up to make this one happen! A huge thanks to Mike Speer and anyone else who helped him get the course ready. It was such a relief to have the entire course ready when we pulled in to town on Friday! Thanks to Bob Decker for getting the course and water center reserved, sponsorship, and everything else that you do for the disc golf scene in Wichita.
97 players! Great Weather! Great People! Wichita is a great place for disc golf!
Don't forget to support the sponsors of this event: Hiebert & Decker CPA, Shooters, Fox & Hound, Dynamic Discs, and the ACDGC!
180 players for the DooDah? A-Tier? Can the ACDGC raise $1500 in cash sponsorships? Lets make it happen!
