Does anyone else have family or friends in Greensburg? My Aunt and Uncle lost their home. Also a Filipino friend of Phove and mine lost his home. All of downtown is gone, both schools, hospital....about 60% of the town. I plan on going down and helping clean up as soon as they let people back into the town.
Now they're talking tornadoes in the same area for the whole day today....
Please keep the town of Greensburg in your thoughts and prayers.

We have no family in Greensburg, but we have friends who live there who have also lost their homes. We also know many people here in Haviland who work in Greensburg and now have no job. I can tell you that the last few days have been interesting in Kiowa County. We had a tornado touch down 2 miles south of Haviland, and we are lucky that we are not in the same situation that Greensburg is in.
I agree with Rodney that Greensburg needs our prayers and support.

Looks like I'll be doing a show in Greensburg June 20th. For the last ten years I've been performing under the name "Flying Debris". I thought about not using the name for this show. The business side says changing the name is a bad idea and that's the name I was booked under. Plus it gives me a great running gag. Of course I don't want to be insensitive. Thoughts?

Don't change the name Rich. It's trademarked and copywrighted by now. This is an opportunity to make some people laugh who lived through a horrible disaster. We were in an uncomfortable position for the Frontier Open a few years ago because it fell on 9-11. You will always remember the past and should always look toward the future; but never take the present for granted! Life is fragile, we learn that through experience. Keep the Flying Debris spirit alive and well.

Did my show there last night. Kick off to the Turn Greensburg Green campaign. Leonardo's production crew filmed the whole thing. We'll see if I make the final cut. I did make it on to KSN last night. Standing behind one of Leo's camera guy's.
