My Mom has been getting really enthusiastic about our geneology, and has been searching the web quite faithfully for the last couple of months.
A man by the name of William Bradford came over on the Mayflower and settled at Plymouth Rock. (Do you all remember that from your history books?) Well anyway there is a website that lists all the Mayflower passengers (102) and all their famous descendents. Here is a list of all the famous descendents that has come from the one William Bradford: George Eastman - co-founder of Eastman-Kodak Company; Noah Webster of the Webster Dictionary; Clint Eastwood; Christopher Reeve (Superman); and our closest relative, Hugh Hefner. (Hugh would be my Grandmother's, on my Mom's side, 5th cousin.

Anybody out there know of some other famous people that their related to????? Who knows, maybe some of us are related to eachother.

On my father`s side,my greatgrandfather Sam Clanton was Billy and Ike Clanton`s cousin.On my mother`s side I am related to Samuel Clemmin`s{Mark Twain}.If I could prove my relation to Clemmin`s I would get his entire estate as he has no known relatives.
