Here is what you need to do, I don't want you to take any more abuse.
Now I am no Webster, but I do get the majority of my word spelled right.
1) Click on the word start in the lower left hand corner of your screen.
2) Select Word or Works.
3) Type your message in that program.
4) Go to tools and select spell check.
5) The program will try to fix all of your errors.
6) Hold down the left mouse button and select you entire post.
7) Push Ctrl and C at the same time.
8) Click on the kansasdiscgolf.com button. It should be there if you go to the forum before you go to word or works.
9) Pick the post that you wish to respond to.
10) Click on the box, like you are going to type.
11) Push Ctrl and V at the same time.
12) Your post should pop up on the screen.
I hope this helps.

http://www.spellcheck.net works too but I already told him that. Said he would use it but hasn't
,..,
hehe. I use Linux, so I forget what it's like not to have a spell checker built into your web browser. Yeah, that must suck. Surely there's a plugin for Firefox or something? Or, god forbid you're using it, IE? I'll have to Google around.
EDIT: Here we go: http://spellbound.sourceforge.net/
This is a plugin for Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/) that lets you spell check any input text. Maybe give it a try?
