Worlds Biggest Disc Golf Event

Post by cottenokie »

Image

April 30ththere will be a Worlds Biggest Event in Winfield at the Pecan Grove.

We will be playing 27 short fun holes, then have some hamburgers hot dogs afterwards.

Registration will start at 9am and last till 10:30am. It will be a rolling start so you may begin play as soon as you register. If you are playing the tournament there has to be at least tree people on the card.

Prizes will be given out after lunch. Then if there is enough we will play random flip doubles on the originanal 18 holes.

The cost will be minimal $12.00 get you disc and cool teeshirt. If you would like to play the tournament it will be $8.00 more and that will go for pay out.

The idea for this is to try and get some indivduals that have not played before to come out and play. If someone does not want to play the tournament they can just bye the shirt and disc and play at their leisure.

If there are any questions or suggestions just post them here or pm me.

Thankx....

Kevin-

This all sound good! I will be there for sure. $12.00 for shirt and a disc, that is hard to beat.

Will the hamburger and hotdog feed be any extra?

We do have some good players here in the valley, this would be a good time to do a little clinic for anyone interested.

That is the date that the Worlds Biggest is actually on. Due to conflicts of other events going on, Circular Productions allows W.B. to be held a few weeks before or after the 14th &15th weekend. This lets more players take part. April 30th is the date of the on in Winfield.

There will also be a throwing clinic held to help those indiviuals that might need it. So bring a new player and get them playing..

I'll run the putting clinic if we can hold it indoors and no further than 3 foot away from the basket

All kidding aside, the driving clinic should be very helpful for the newer players.I here there will be a couple of the local pros doing this one :!: 8)
