I've been talking up Ted's Dread for over a year. Now is your chance to see this memorable course for yourself. Camping is a lot of fun. They usually have some people playing music, glow doubles, good atmosphere.

I talked to Jeff and he said that he would like someone from the KDGA to contact him. If anyone is interested in being the TD, please let him know at the phone number mentioned above. Then he can finalize the details. In the past it has been $40 for pro, $30 for am with first round short tees short pins, next round long tees long pins! Best course in Kansas next to Hays!

Maceman is going to TD the dread.

The KDGA (me) has been working with Kevin Montgomery to get these 2 events on the schedule. I hope some of us are able to make it down and support these events.

Did Woodz say if he was going to mix it up on the second round? Last year we played from different tees (longer) on 5 holes and had different pin placements on 13 holes (also much longer). I can't wait to see what they have for us this year!

Directions are straight forward. 435 N to Hwy 5 (Leavenworth Rd). Go West. Not very far to a right on Hutton. Take that north a couple of miles to Hollingsworth Rd. Take a right (dirt road on right) and go 2/3 of a mile. There is some kind of sign that signifies that your there, but it might be a little hard to see at night. Shouldn't miss it. If you arrive at night to camp they'll probably be camping up next to old hole #1. Drive past the main parking field up the hill and take a left.

Wyco is only ten minutes away. Look for Sunflower Hills golf course if you are using the google map interface.

Wish I could make it up tonight ROG. I'll see you guys at Wyco.
